Service
We are open from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (PST) every weekday to serve you. Our
staff is trained to troubleshoot and assist our customers on a variety
of machinery. In addition, we have trained distributors
throughout the country to provide the best service possible. These
dealers have been trained by Turbosand staff and can answer your
questions regarding your particular sanding issues or projects.
Customer Inquires.
Turbosand product manager, Mark Zachary,
will help with taking your edge detail from idea to sanding your
profile in your plant.
Upon sending in a profile drawing, a piece of wood or even a drawing
on a napkin: our staff will issue a drawing for your approval. Our
aim is to provide a stock profile out of our Turbosand catalog and
if one cannot be found, a custom profile can be designed. Custom
charges are very reasonable.
We use an optical comparator to do comparisons
for tolerance of plus or minus .002. Issued drawings help assure
that the shaper sander will match. An excellent match assures quality
and good abrasive life.
Dealer or OEM inquires.
Dealer and OEM inquiries are always welcome. We are aggressively
looking to expand the use of Turbosand on existing sanding equipment
as well as being a big part of the growth of sanding on CNC equipment.
We still have a limited number of geographical areas which are open.
