TurboFlex
Easy setup and long lasting, TurboFlex is a rotary head with brush-backed abrasive. With variable width slits in the abrasive, three levels of brush stiffness, and adjustable abrasive length, this product will adapt to most of your sanding and finishing needs. One head loaded with the abrasive of your choice can adapt to many similar profiles.

TurboFlex Pro (Patent Pending)
Easy setup and long lasting, TurboFlex Pro is the same as TurboFlex but the abrasive and the brush are shaped to match your specific profile. This feature allows more uniform finishing. It is not overly aggressive on the high spots or too light on the low spots. FlexPro also features three levels of brush stiffness and adjustable abrasive lengths.

ROSETTE STYLE SANDING HEAD 
Small diameter (less than 2 inches) sanding heads are ideally suited for CNC Routers. The small diameter facilitates tool changers and allows for sanding inside small details and parts with narrow spacing on wood, solid surface material, acrylics, MDF, etc..
The replaceable sanding caps are designed similar to a router cutting tool and can sand flat bottom profiles, straight edges, plough cuts, rosette profiles, and any other similar profile that you might create. Although small in size, the special abrasive used on these caps allow a full 8 hours of production sanding before replacement is required. With laser cut abrasive and precision molded sanding caps, every cap is the same size. Replacement is quick easy and there is no readjustment or alignment between changes.

Foam Backer
Turbosand has developed a special density urethane foam that is molded to fit your particular profile in a sanding cap or sanding strip. The foam backer fills the voids between the sanding head and the plastic. It’s main purpose is to support each sanding pocket to dampen vibration during sanding. The foam backer was originally designed for the “ flex plastic “, however when installed it will allow for more aggressive sanding in the standard cap or strip.
Because they are a non wear item, the backers can be used over and over from one loading to the next.
Flexline
A special flexible plastic has been developed for use with Turbosand strips and caps. This product will allow for a broader range of profile misalignment and profile variations without destroying the abrasive or prematurely cracking/breaking the plastic. It was designed to facilitate sanding veneer covered panels where the flexibility allows the abrasive to essentially float over wrinkles in the veneer and other similar profile irregularities. This product fits on all standard heads and requires “ Foam Backers “ for full performance.
8 inch ( 200mm ) diameter Sanding Heads
Turbosand has developed a series of larger diameter sanding heads. The heads were made to facilitate the extra reach needed for longer/deep raised panel profiles and on machines with large spindles and /or sander motors.
This series of heads, and the accompanying sanding caps, retain all of the features of the previous 6 inch, 5 inch and 3 inch diameter heads including flex plastic and foam backers.
