Small-diameter Heads

Turbosand engineers have invented two-new smaller heads for use with CNC numerically-controlled machines. The Turbosand TS3 and the TS5 were designed to do smaller inside and outside radi. These heads are smaller, so they are compatible with mounting on tool changers and other spindles

Turbosand is proud to introduce a new complex profile design capability to accommodate a growing market trend - accurately sanding inside sharp corners smoothly and uniformly. Benefits include enhancement of the stain consistency on the finished product and sanding heads can be used on CNC spindles.

Turbosand is now offering a complete tooling package to sand arched raised panels on single-end or double-end tenoners as well as CNC equipment. This package will also allow the back-cut to be sanded at the same time on the same spindle. Rub Collars will allow Turbosand to be operated on single spindle sanders after the panels have been shaped on other equipment.
